Shanghai's Laogang Renewable Power plant, a major project in Pudong that eats up the city's garbage and turns it into electricity, is moving from the drawing to reality.
The BIM project of Pudong Haibin Power Plant, which is cooperated by Hanboat and the Second Institute of China National Nuclear University, has been officially launched. The project is equipped with 3000 tons of daily household garbage, 4 750 tons/day garbage incineration treatment lines and smoke treatment facilities, and two 65MW medium-temperature, sub-high pressure and pure condensing turbine-generating units. The annual effective working hours of the equipment are 8000 hours.
The project adopts the most advanced incineration technology and the most advanced flue gas treatment technology in China, and the treated flue gas can meet the requirements of Shanghai and EU standards, which is more strict than the national standards.
Hanboat, as a powerful engineering BIM design company in China, will play an indispensable role in this project. The whole specialty adopts BIM modeling to improve the construction, operation and management level of waste incineration power plant with informatization.
